Mr. Tisdale is a member of the North Carolina State Bar Association and the Onslow County Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in the State of North Carolina, the Federal District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina, and the United States Tax Court. He is also a member of the Governmental Affairs Committee of the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce, a twice elected member of the Onslow County Board of Education, presently serving as vice-chairman, and a member of a local chapter of Rotary International.

Mr. McConnell is a member of the North Carolina State Bar Association and the Onslow County Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in all state courts in North Carolina, Ohio, and Virginia and possesses an advanced law degree in Taxation. He is the Public Administrator and Public Guardian for Onslow County, a Commander in the Judge Advocate General's Corps, U. S. Naval Reserve, a member of a local chapter of Rotary International, and an officer in his church.
